[Tutorial] How to Make Your Own Cbox

Holla guys, meet again!

It's been a while since i want my own chat box. It's because i see a cute chat box and i want to make my own.

Just like this~

So, when i accidentally see Farah blog, i try to make my own. In fact, it's really easy to make an ordinary chat box. Just open Cbox or Shoutbox, make an account and hoala, you just got your chat box. But, i don't really like the apperance. So looking for the way to make it look nicer.

1. Make an Account in Cbox
I used Cbox here because it's was the first i know. So i am not really sure about the difference. You can make your account here.

2. Make or Find Your Background
You can pick any picture you like to use, or even make it! I recomended if you chose to make your own than make it measures approximately width: 250px; height: 353px. You can change it of course, that was measures i use to this blog. Don't forget to upload your picture when your design done. I upload mine on picasa. It's important because you must have the URL of the picture you want to use.

3. Publish Your Cbox
When you are done prepare the backround, use this code on your sidebar.
<center><div id="edited" style="width:250px; height:353px; background: url(Your Bacround) no-repeat left top; padding-top:65px; padding-left:0px; position:relative" align="center">Your Cbox Code</div></center>
If you use the exactly same measures for your background Cbox, just replace the red text with your own background and your Cbox code and you almost done. If not, you must replace the orange text with your picture's measures.

4. Change Your Cbox Measures
It's important. Because if you don't, then you will ruin your Cbox. The measures i use for my Cbox is width: 150px and height: 175px. But it different to each picture. So it's up to you to makes it works.

Thanks for your visit, until we meet again guys~

Regrads,
BVJ
